DESCRIPTION:Dr. Robin Armstrong will be speaking on what is happening at the capitol related to the legalization of marijuana. \nDr. Robin Armstrong has been involved politically\, serving locally as a precinct chair while in his medical residency. He has served as an election judge\, a city chair\, as an executive committee member of the Republican Party of Texas (SREC)\, and as Vice Chair of the Republican Party of Texas.
